Da Mimmo is a family-run Italian restaurant located in Dublin 3. A favourite for authentic Italian food and an intimate, lively atmosphere. We are well known in Dublin for our homemade wood-fired pizzas, pasta & anti pasti, delicious desserts and a wide range of finest Italian wines.

A family of Italians in Dublin since the 60's

Our roots lie in Casalattico, Italy. My parents emigrated to Dublin in the '50s and, in 1960, purchased 148 North Strand Road for 4000 Irish pounds. Fine Italian dining wasn't as common in Dublin then, so our family ran a very popular chipper!

In 2010, we decided to launch a restaurant that paid homage to our heritage and showcased the flavours of Italy (Sapori D Italia), and thus Da Mimmo was born. We hope future generations of our family will be here serving great Italian food from North Strand Road for years to come.
